Babakia seeks to cover new ground in the field of creative culinary agri-tourism on Kythera Island, centered on the Greek-Mediterranean plant-based diet. The basic idea is to offer comprehensive information and guidance in the form of unique ‘from farm to table’ learning experiences comprising of food trails, cooking workshops, provision of meals, selected products and the accompanying material. The aim is to add an innovative dynamism to the local economy by showcasing the cultural and natural wealth of the island through the universally renowned Mediterranean nutritional system.
