Have you ever wondered what an Embassy does? Now is your chance to find out!
The Netherlands Embassy in Athens will open its doors to the public on 13 December 2014 from 12:00-17:00.
Visitors will have the chance to explore the renovated premises, be informed about the activities of an Embassy and get an answer to all of their questions.
Embassy Staff and members of the Hellenic-Dutch Association of Commerce and Industry will be there to present themselves and to explain the many aspects of their work.
Orange Grove, the collaborative centre for startups at the ground floor of the Embassy building will also be open for the public. The young entrepreneurs that participate in the program will tell you about their businesses.
ORANGE GROVE
On Saturday 13/12/2014 from 12:00 to 17:00, Orange Grove and the Netherlands Embassy will open their doors. Everybody is welcome to meet with our startups and learn about the startup scene in Athens.
From 14:00 until 17:00 the First Quarterly Competition will take place where 8 of our best startups will compete against each other in front of a jury, this time consisting of Peter Economides, Jeremy Downward, Alexis Pantazis and George Maroulis. The two best startups will be granted €15.000 and €10.000, courtesy of our main donor the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
