Alexia is currently conducting market research regarding the feasibility of the following three options: Manufacturing American-style cookies/cookie dough (including gluten free and stevia) to be sold to bakeries/pastry shops throughout Greece, with an eye on the international market; Manufacturing American-style cookies (including gluten free and stevia) to be sold in bio and specialty stores with the end goal of manufacturing frozen cookie dough to be sold in grocery stores, upscale markets throughout Greece (end goal is the international market) and baked at home; and Opening the first dedicated gluten-free deli/bakery/cafe in Athens and using it as a platform for marketing and product testing, again with manufacturing, locally first and then internationally, as the end goal.
